How can you help me? We are here to manage your after-move schedule and get your household up and running as if you’ve lived here forever.
When you use Home on the Porch it enables you to make direct decisions with us, we then manage the timetable at your property so you are free to take that walk on the beach with an ice cream you promised the kids this morning.
No two homes are the same which is why we customize a service tailored to your lifestyle, whether you are a family with multiple kids, your career takes you into the city, you live alone or with a partner, we have you covered!
What exactly does this package include? To name a few examples of our services, we organize all utilities, liaise with vendors, interior designers, landscapers and patio designers. We can also handle lawn care, firewood delivery through the winter, recommendations to the best local summer camps, and a pre-move in professional deep clean. Do you need to open the pool and schedule a weekly service, have furry friends that need a walk through the dog park? We've got it!

Who is this package for? The Lifestyle Transition Package is for those who have just moved to the North East after living abroad. We have walked a mile in your shoes and we understand that it will initially feel overwhelming, so don’t despair, we’ve got you covered for every step of the way.
How can you help me? From how to prepare for a harsh winter (always keep a snow and ice scraper and a bag of kitty litter in your car, works wonders underneath tires-lacking traction) to all the water sports readily available to you in summer right here in this amazing town you now call home.
Schools, sports, medical care is going to feel and look different at first as well as the school bus that pulls up for your kids to hop on every morning and off in the afternoon. We can guide you through the process and help you become a local in no time!

Pricing
What is your hourly fee? The Standard Hourly rate is $100 per hour, and there is a minimum of 2 hours for each service/package.
